The University of York seeks to appoint a Research Associate to support the development and demonstration of continuous variable-based quantum key distribution (CVQKD) transmitter and receiver for free-space space and atmospheric channels.

The research associate will work closely with academic partners for testing and characterization of the developed modules. They will also work on data acquisition and analysis of quantum data and are expected to propose, develop and implement novel methods for improving the performance of free-space CVQKD systems.
